(Term 2 Wk 7, 4/5 - 8/5)

Although the title had indicated that week 7 was the beginning of SA1 Exams (main papers), don't you think that there were other events that occupied the week too? Well, I am referring to the H1N1 virus screening. It is a blessing that the S'pore has dropped the alert to the yellow code on Thursday. There has been no report on any confirmation case on our island. Let's hope that the virus can be contained, controlled and eliminated soon, globally.

[Still, we must continue to take care of our health. Monitor our temperature when we do not feel well. Take proper medication when it is necessary.] - Also, make it a habit to wash your hand thoroughly and properly. Remember, it is for our personal hygiene.

OK, the week's update. You have taken the SA1 EL and MT papers on Wednesday and Friday respectively. There goes to say that there are two more coming up - MA (Tuesday) and SCI (Wednesday). Ever occur to you that there seems to have many holidays recently? Well, coming Monday will be a school holiday - holiday-in-lieu of Vesak Day. You get to have more time to revise for your exams as well as take a rest. Make good use of it.

Some Exams Reminders
- Careful! Yes, do NOT be careless. Read the instructions/questions carefully before you work on them. Every mistake made brings you further from perfection.
- Answer to the point. Give quality answer, not in quantity (lengthy but irrelevant)
- Work within the time given.
- Bring what you need. [2B pencils, calculators in working condition, maths set etc]

Hmmm, I shall end here. Have a nice weekend everyone! ;>
