As the title suggests, welcome everyone back to the new term, you are going to have a change - a change for the better. I am sure you have plans on what changes you want and how you go about doing it. Be it finding the best ways to study, knowing your friends better or even changing to a healthy diet during recess! Believe in yourself, and you will have better chances in achieving your goals (changes).

We should always begin our exercise by warming up. Stretching out and doing waist rotaion are examples to get our bodies ready for any sport.
